我们不能为了自己的私力而掳夺了上天恩赐于每个人的权利.

我们需要的其实很很少,很少. 想要拥有的却是无限的. 贪念为罪魁祸首. 什么都要,最后是窃取了别人的基本需要.

[有]或[无]是一种主观的参数(parameter),很多时候也只在于一念之差.

有些人拥有了一切凡人不及的事务依然感觉不自在,不足够;一些人一无所有却依然能过着自由,幸福的人生.

在享受生活的当儿,在地球还没病倒前, 我们也应该尽力不分你我,共同维护这地球-我们唯一的家吧!

哺餵母乳的重要性 Importance of Breast Feeding

哺餵母乳的好处:-

1. 孩子身体健康,并非小孩时不容易生病,成长大人后都很有帮助 (有太多数据显示了,不需在此说明)

2. 孩子智力很好, 学东西特别容易上手.

3. 孩子精神充沛, 不容易累 (你可能会经不起他们的精力~ 哈哈!).

4. 孩子情绪稳定, 比较不会乱乱哭闹情绪失控. 因为孩子没安全感会因吸取母乳而得以解决.

5. 孩子牙齿整齐, 因为为了吸取母乳孩子其实必须很用力工作,口腔发育比较健全并可以容下牙齿.

6. 妈妈子宫收缩, 在喂母乳时(尤其第二胎)就会深深感觉到!

7. 乳癌机率降低. 想象母乳没地方流出,TrafficJam留在乳房里,肯定长期下来肯定出问题. 华人特别多患上乳癌,肯定和这事件有很密切的关系.

8. 妈妈减肥很快,因为身体为了制造母乳需要很多营养,所以身体很多部位的油脂都会被派上用场!

9. 母子关系良好, 哺餵过程我看着你你望着我,彼此深情流露. 未来孩子也比较有感情,有爱心.

10. 省钱啊, 奶粉价钱一直涨个不停....现在听说一个月都要花个RM200-300. 但母乳由始至终都是那么新鲜可口,而且免费!! 哈~

哺餵母乳的错误观念:-

1. "我没有奶" - 这肯定是错的. 只要能够生下孩子,就一定有母乳. 只是第一二天不会流出奶 (我想这是上帝为了让刚刚经过劳累生产的妈妈有一点点喘气休息的空间),孩子也不会一直找奶喝,最多是吸吸奶头而已.

2. "奶粉可以让孩子更聪明" - 妈妈天生自然的奶已经有完一切孩子所需要的营养抗生素等,各种人类化学制造出来的产品你能相信吗? 那些奶粉的制造也是尽可能做到母乳般,如果可以他们会完全模仿. 至今没有一家奶粉公司敢敢讲自己的奶粉可以取代母乳,或比母乳更好!

3. "喂母乳孩子很容易饿" - 所以一些妈妈选择了奶粉. 其实奶粉进入孩子体内需要很长的时间才完全消化,很多时候更容易发生'进风'而导致孩子无法入睡. 相反的母乳很容易被孩子吸收,所以喝的时间比较频密.

4. "喂母乳身材会走样" - 公正党Nurul Izza,明模AmberChia也是哺餵妈妈,身材一样苗条呀. 再说这种为了自己外表漂亮而选择放弃孩子健康的思维真的要不得! 很可怜的咧。。。(Reference Link)

当然,哺餵母乳是一项蛮有挑战的任务,心理身理都必须具备充分的准备. 放心,你身边的男人一定会为你打气加油的! 孩子以后一定也非常感激你的~!

Stop Lynas, Please!

This post means to show my stand on Lynas Project.

STOP IT, pleeeassseee!

Some feel that this is not their problem, it's just unlucky Kuantan people to get into trouble.

But please see how Japanese, as a so called 'advanced, high-tech, skillful country', put themselves into dilemma in handling the previous radiation leak incident.

This is certainly not a portion people problem, it shall be concerned by all people who stand on the same earth!

Do whatever we could, and contribute whatever we have.

I feel that if I am not protesting this project, my children are gonna scold or kill me one day. This project is obviously killing their future!

Why do we need to initial a venture when other countries start realizing it's danger and in their planning stage to control/stop it?

Are we blind? Deaf? or Dumb?

Believe those who putting own-self benefit at first place by scarifying others future will eventually punish by God. It just the matter of time.

If you as the authority can't even stop it, the people will find it's own way to stop it. Just wait and see!

终于上电视了－［你怎么说］

其实真的太紧张了，前几天脑海一直浮现总总状况，总总问题．．．

直到上到电视台，原来果真如此让人'振奋人心'．　哈哈～

遇上的护士原来是认识的，世界真的很小，都是由'你我他'组成．

手心感觉一直很冷，加上场地也是冷冰冰的，根本流不出什么冷汗．　@@"

才到就被要求去上妆，原来电视画面出现的人都经过'包装'的！ ><"

还以为主持人会和邀请嘉宾事前讨论一下，结果没有，哇真的很厉害．lol~

一上场自己变得更紧张，真的没有见过如此'现场的场面'，每个人都有自己得望向的录影机．可爱！

开始时的１分钟彩排更好笑，主持人发问问题，医生答得不予乐乎，原来只是在test麦．@@"

有人说我一直目不转睛的望着那为白衣天使．．．

可能'角度'问题吧．(自我掩饰)

全场没多少机会说话，觉得自己有很多想说的却说不出口～　哈哈！

尤其最后一个问题，没答好．

问：你捐了近40次，你可以得到什么福利？
（由于在广告时主持人问到，不确定下'温习'了一下，却没背好）
答：一号病房．．．．　

什么来的！　哈哈！

其实应该强调的是，捐血者根本不该以所得到的福利做为捐血的动力．应该带着一颗单纯真诚的心去捐血．毕竟我们只要一直奉献，快乐就会一直跟着我们．　=)

再说，我的捐血记录簿都不见了几本，自己本来都是这样的人．

最近的30++的记录簿的好像也不翼而飞了．．．哈！

不论如何，这是一个很好的经验，人生故事也多了一些点缀．

随着人类不停繁殖，所需要的血量自然也会跟着增加，所以希望会有更多健康的人尤其年轻人能响应捐血！

所谓："有钱出钱，有力出力，有血出血～" （这句话是夏震教的，可惜没派上用场）><"　

好像没有人身上流的不是血hoh~

培养孩子的爱心 Cultivating love

希望孩子未来是个爱护自己,人们,众生,地球的人...

而深信这些事都必须从小让他们学习体会,以身例行,习惯成自然...

隔壁有只狗名叫Happy~ 其实她是一只混有名种血统的狗,没错的话母亲是 rock willer 品种.

她有个姐妹,叫bobo~

Bobo没有happy那么友善,不太善于和人类打交道... .

所以每次只好眼睁睁的在旁看,没得吃~ 世界就是这么不公平的~ 呵呵..

Simple Happiness 1: Delicious cake 简单幸福1:美味蛋糕

其实爱很简单,幸福也一样.

看到一些人似乎很难体会什么是幸福,所以我真的希望我能分享我生活中幸福的事.

常常都非常期待看到老婆快乐幸福的样子,尤其是笑的时候,可以让人爽到上天...

我公司(Grand Seasons Avenue)楼下有卖蛋糕,过了4.30pm就折扣30%,大约RM5-6就可以买到很好吃的.

这天,买了Black Forest蛋糕让老婆尝尝~~

外边甜甜的chocolate chips, 里边有浓浓的cheese. 很好的配搭.

果然,她真的很高兴~! 而且很好吃~~

下次买别的试试.

太值得了~

Effort to stop People smoke at Toilet 停止人们在厕所抽烟的方法

Really hate those people smoke at toilet. Making me can't breath normally with the 'fresh air' inside there.

真的很讨厌看到,闻到,感觉到有人在厕所抽烟! 恨不得敲门进去'修理'他们~

Have been thinking ways to stop this.

一直都在想如何'根治,解决掉他们'.

Eventually... Found an idea.

最后...想到一种不知有没有效用的方法.

Malaysian Marrow Donor Registry (MMDR) 大马骨髓捐献注册

昨天在面子书被友人宗良通知有关一位女士急需要人捐献骨髓. 讯息如下:

[关丹一位三个孩子的母亲-黄慧敏 32岁 ，不幸患上血癌，急需移植适合的骨髓。请联络：0169409871 (慧娜，慧敏妹妹) ,0169331226（文林）。有意捐献者可到Institute Medical Rearch (IMR), Jalan Pahang. 请大家帮忙把这信息传达出去 ]

在联络了慧娜后,证实这是真人真事. 但由于不太了解捐献骨髓的方式,平常都听说别人很可怕的,不知如何能帮到她.

所以今早特地到IMR了解详情.

原来除了所谓可怕的手术以取出适当的骨髓之外 (Bone Marrow Aspiration),现今也发明了另一种较为让人放心的方式,称之为Aferesis. 这在2006推行的先进科技(过程像抽血般)其实是抽出健康捐献者的stem cell以培植成为骨髓再置入病人体内.

了解过后,我也加入骨髓捐献注册名单,注册过程非常简单,只需约15分钟(官员解释+填表格+抽10 ml血).

希望能借此给予所需要的人一点点的希望,虽然机会是多么地渺茫.

以下是我从有关部门传单取出有关资料,分享分享:

Each year 100++ of Malaysian suffer from diseases treatable with bone marrow transplantation. Various types of leukaemia, aplastic anaemia, Thalassemia, Lymphoma can be treated with bone marrow transplantation. Unfortunately many patients die before they can find a compatible donor.

What is bone marrow?
Bone marrow is the tissue found in the cavaties of the bones. Bone marrow produces all of our blood cells.

What is bone marrow transplantation?
A bone marrow transplant is the replacement of the patient's diseased bone marrow with the marrow of healthy, matched donor. Within few weeks, the transplanted marrow will begin to produce normal blood ells in the patient.

How is a marrow matched?
A special test in used to identify proteins called HLA (Human Laukocyte Antigen) found on the surface of the patient's white blood cells. A bone marrow match occur when the 6 HLA antigens found on the patient's white blood cells match the 6 HLA antigens found on the potential donor's white blood cells.

Who can join the registry?
Age 18-50, healthy and eligible to give blood.

Step for Donation:
1. Join the registry at Malaysia Marrow Donar Registry (MMDR), located in Institute for Medical Research (IMR) , Jalan Pahang, Kuala Lumpur. Next to Kuala Lumpur General Hospital. A MMDR representative will brief you on the process. You will have to complete a questionare. You will requested to provide a small blood sample to determine your tissue type. All donor information is confidential.

2. If you're identified as a potential match for the patient, you will be contacted for further testing

3. You will receive further information about the donation process and will undergo a physical examination to determine health status

4. You decide whether to donate or not

5. If you've decided to donate, a small amount of marrow will be removed from pelvic bone. Your marrow will replenish itself within 4-6 weeks.

Where did the year 2009 go? It was coming to an end soon & have you guys got you wanted to do in the first place. if not, why not? what is holding you guys back?

I wish to paraphrase some message i read about in MensHealth magazine. It was from my editor & I wish to share it with my fellow friends.

Its something about personal growth. how many of you thinks that 'we need to constantly remind ourselves of our mistake so that we wont repeat them?

Well, maybe you are right. but arent you tired? sometimes I am tired from carrying all the weight around. so may i suggest that coming this year end, make it a mission, once the clock struck midnight, say goodbye to all the accumulated thrash of the year and become free from the feeling of letting go.

Leave it, and start the new year with wide-eyed optismism and wonder - the kind of small kids have when they walk into the toys department in Jusco. Or Parkson.

Lets not tarnish out New Year with our hiccups and let-downs. Who knows. We may even be more successful in our future endeavors without constantly tripping over our past rubbish.

To start off on the right foot, let us all begins to appreciate what is in front of our eye, forgive the small stuff that been bugging your mind, forget that friends of your who accidently hurt your feelings. Start in a ever long journey of self improvement.

As for me, I think i going to do just right that. So, I wish you people all the best and may you realised your 2009 resolution in this 3 weeks in order to focus on some new task on hand - next year.

I slept for 1/2 hour till... 不知为何那么累，一躺就睡了。。

What is the lesson here? What we all learnt from this lesson? It depends.

Perhaps, it should be said by my little brother - Kuang Liang: "this earth need not only 1 hour".

But, this is a good start actually. We are not too late to wake up. The mother nature is still waiting patiently although her illness is getting worse from day to day.
