终于在CIDB服务满5年.

还清楚记得怎样加入CIDB...

爸爸看到有关招聘广告,然后马上报名,前一天和夏震通宵准备面试Presentation Slide+讲稿(一直念到不知道多少遍),当天姑姑麦洋一大清早驾车载送,夏震半路人有三急,面试用的resume竟然是晓玲的名字 (omg!!!),还好一切问题都能一一解答,最后被其中一位面试负责人兼华人上司Ir Sia硬硬拉进CIDB.

一路走来有着各种各样的经历. 认识了不少人,做过不少事情,见过不少场面,去过不少地方,住过不少酒店,吃过不少大餐. 学习的历程与精华也和身边的朋友有所差异. 在这期间除了每月薪金+津贴,没有涉及贪污1分钱,所以晚上也不怕有什么怨鬼前来拜访.

未来的路怎么走,看着办! 大家共勉之~^^

跟据一名要好的资深记者朋友畅谈,由于距离大选不远,政府现今'非常努力'实行一切利民政策. 所以对于有兴趣加入政府的朋友来说,这时候肯定是超级良机,不可错过! 况且有华总特别小组协助跟进处理,成功率一定比平时更高~

有关薪水方面,大学生一般上将获得RM 2,600起包括津贴权(Grade 41). 有关职位薪金可以参考SPA Salary Scheme.

一些工作如工程/药剂师/医生等等师有特定的'critical allowance' 没被提级. 工程师(J41) 'critical allowance' 约RM100, 药剂师(U41) 约RM750.

其他福利概括年假25天,医药福利,外出津贴等等.

Effort to stop People smoke at Toilet 停止人们在厕所抽烟的方法

Really hate those people smoke at toilet. Making me can't breath normally with the 'fresh air' inside there.

真的很讨厌看到,闻到,感觉到有人在厕所抽烟! 恨不得敲门进去'修理'他们~

Have been thinking ways to stop this.

一直都在想如何'根治,解决掉他们'.

Eventually... Found an idea.

最后...想到一种不知有没有效用的方法.

What a sad news. I cried.

I gonna miss you Dear Salleh Buyong. You are like our father in CIDB.

I never realize your words that keep repeating : 'kalau saya tiada nanti macam mana.........' was a hint for me to learn whatever in you asap.

Although you are such a knowledgeable person, but you still able to maintain your patience, passion and modestly. You truly gain my deepest respect.

Thank you for guiding me, sharing, teaching and analyzing problem, without any discrimination.

Rainbow was seen when we on the way to your house, this morning.

I believe, the sky cried for you.

I believe, this good sign shows how good and how much you had contributed to the people, society and nations.

(When Dalai-lama or Tibetan masters died, the rainbow will suddenly appear, indicating through their practices, who had reached a high degree of wisdom and compassionate. Perhaps, it is a ‘bridge’ connected to heaven?)

The application of Dacum System in developing National Occupation Skill Standard (NOSS), Course of Study, Modul and planning that you introduced have benefited lots.

Your simple and easy-understanding explanation, mean lots.

You listen, you understand, you feedback.

You observe, you supervise, you guide.

You share, you facilitate, you suggest.

You teach, you enlighten, you assist.

The moment we being together was short, but the impact you created is impossible for me to put in plain words.

After we finished running, we gathered at a place where all of us was blinded with Triangular Bandage.
跑到终点时，我们又被三角绷带蒙上眼睛。

We were lead by someone to walking and crawling around.
然后有人带我们到处走，到处爬。

My track bottom was torn... (I got no choice but to threw away... but good also, no need to wash anymore...haha~)
我的长裤也在混乱中被严重刺破！ 还好有安全裤，不然鸟鸟就飞走了。。。 （那条裤被逼丢掉了。。。也好，不用洗了！哈哈~）
