Happy New 2009

Dear Wonderful People,

I would like to take this chance to share a personal story of mine. A friend of mine just cheated recently by a conman. Though its only a phone with little over 2k, the lesson was invaluable.

She was assistant of manager of a company. She is having a Pda kind of phone with all contact & appointment stored inside. She is having a appoinment with prospect 'client' (even doctors get cheated ok)

The guy, full suit, smart looking & suave - met her at a hotel lobby. When the discussion is almost over, he claim that his hp is dry on battery, and he ask for my friend hp. Dont worry - he did not take the phone & pretend making calls & just run off like that. He sms a lady - telling my friend he will sms his wife, so she could call back to the number & talk to her 'husband' (without wasting pple credit)

Moment later the phone rang, the voice said, can I speak to my husband and so therefore she pass the phone to him - naturally. He excuse himself and talk and walk and talk and walk into disapearance.....

Needless to say, my friend was left with the drinks bill & of course a brand new hp. Nothing could be done at the time.

With this story - we need to constantly on guard & caution with our surrounding. Its sadly that nowadays no one can be trusted at all (you all can trust me with ur hp). Couple with such times of next year, conman & crime will soar. Business everywhere is uncertain, change & transformation would be vital for survival.

A good friend of mine pointed out, people are too confort in doing what they are doing daily, that sometimes, a cycle of economy downturn is NOT always a bad thing. True, people get retrenched and there is no food on the table. But on the positive side, whoever can survive these time of the year, shows a lot about the character of someone. Him or her will emerge victorious & standing tall. It brings some of the inner quality out & change whatever you are doing - to a whole new level !

Kepong HZL Steamboat Buffet 甲洞好食得火锅店自由餐

It has been about 2 months i "on leave"...The feeling is so weird and its seems like something is in the pending status and hanging there... 好久没写部落格了,感觉怪怪的。。。

I would restart my engine with introduce a new restaurant in Kepong - HZL Steamboat Buffet 甲洞好食得火锅店自由餐. Located same roll with 甲洞甜品哥哥,Kepong Desert Hongkong.

The main entrance...crowded.. 那么多人,还得排队呢。。。

What offers?

Prawn, various type of shells & lalas... Prawn is the most expensive out of all food?? I not sure... 听说若要吃回本一定得吃多一点虾。。哈哈。。

Chicken, pork, lamb.

Fish balls.

VVariety of mushroom.

Vegetables. 好像少了些哦。。

Fruits, seems so few.. cause i took all Watermelon~~ 最爱吃西瓜了! haha..

There are some other side food, which i think you may not interested...haha.. 可能这太普遍了吧。哈哈~~

Chicken, Sambal, Nasi Goreng, etc.. But i love the sambal also, very nice!

Fried chicken, various type of mee & meehon...Wondering who will eat this? Fried chicken still okla..haha..

Yeah, Ice-cream! 我没吃,因为怕肥!!哈哈。。。


Yeah.. Is time to enjoy~~

Customer Service

Today we want to discuss about customer service nightmare

Case 1

A famous company in PJ, the receptionist failed to know each & everyone extension nor being helpful to the maximum. Those are the people who are paid to warm up the chair from 9 to 6. Those are people who leach company and country resources.

Their good reply was:

the company is too big, i dont know the extention to the dept, only the person

& yet another minute they tell you, there are too many staff turnover in the company, the extension list is outdated.

& when they cant assist you, all they do is sit down there and look at you

good game to noob. the company starts with N


Case 2

A medium listed company in Sri Kembangan, I was lost, the receptionist is super helpful, reassure me its fine and dont worry. when i reach, i was greeted like a customer, even though i am a supplier, bring shown to the meeting room, being offered a very good coffee or tea and tell me the person will be down in a minute

the only thing that touch my heart was. the person is handicapped naturally, he was limping as he is walking, & he has a look of retarded people, though his speech is slow, he was polite. and his smile is genuine from heart. The company start from K


How can a person like that serve me like a king while a normal person who have everything treat me disrespectfull??

The next time i open my own company, i will put people who can accomplish thing. not people who 'for display only'


Case 3

my gf pc kong. i send to a shop in subang parade. when i walked in i wasnt being greeted at all. his assistanst turn on my pc and dont know what is the problem therefore he asked the boss(who never bother look properly) - tell me its rm 50 for format from far

i was furious and i said. its not about the charges, would you come here and take a look at the problem before u open your mouth?

he came without apologize, take a look and said. oh this, reinstall everything, and still rm 50

i said fine. thank you and walk out. neverthe less, he failed to give me confidence to put my pc there. and understandably he did not get my business

if u have greeted me, acknowledge my presense as a customer, check my pc properly before saying noob thing, tell me whats wrong with my pc, how u solve it, how long to solve it when expected can take back. and lastly tell me the charges is 50 - and EVEN if the charges is rm 60 i would pay u!

for u have show me the confidence that u can handle my pc !! but the noob shop has lost a rm 50 business & long term business

Instead of throwing my pc out of your shop, i rather kick your butt out...

Good game to good customer service.
