Although release by hospital that day, but baby still need go to nearby clinic to do blood test verifying the jaundice already recovered to the safe level.
虽然那天被医院正式解放后，依然需要继续到家附近诊所验血，看看黄疸是否下降到健康水平了。

Update of Baby - Jaundice 宝宝的最新情况

Internet Line in Hospital here unstable for me to update the news. I hardly get a place to access the internet. TT

Jaundice. 黄疸 (lack of G6PD)
(I will put on more information when i found a good place for me to do so (line not stale here. It's good to share)

It is reported more than 70% of Malaysian kid has this kind of syndrome. So, he is just a normal child. :p

Baby place under Ultraviolet Light - photo-therapy

For at least 5 days.

Eyes covering with eye pad for protection.

Insonenzation, the curing process - Before (see the spot?)

After putting under that machine for about 1 hour. (notice the different?)

I notice many kids are placed under this machine too. Not sure what goes wrong nowadays kids seems so weak, we take too much of rubbish food maybe. @@"

The cost we pay for the baby delivering process and one day in that ward, we check-out from here and move to another room.

For some reasons, we able to get this room, for us only, at the same rate. ^_^

The toilet 6X10, bigger than PeiHuan room? lol..

What my dear doing for the baby once moving in here?

Cover the Ultraviolet light machine with transparent plastic to avoid the cold air flowing into it - so creative~ lol..

Breastfeeding - this method is the best way for mother, because... you can sleep while feeding.. haha..

Cleaning shit~ Why in dark green colour? this is knows as 胎便in case u dun know. =)

Recording - always forget when asked by doctor / nurse... lol..

Another interesting thing is our house nombor kena the first price the day right after the baby was delivered~~

But... no one betting.. what a miss! haha~

带财？i dun know, i dun care either. :p

I will be in hospital this few days~ Plenty of time after taking 10 days off~ =)

Happy Fathers Day

I would like dedicate this wonderful writing by Patrick Teoh

to all the Fathers in the world

First, we survived with mothers who had no maids.

They cooked /cleaned while taking care of us at the same time

They took aspirin, candies floss,fizzy drinks, shaved ice with syrups and diabetes were rare.

Salt added to Pepsi or Coke was remedy for fever.

We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets.

As children, we would ride with our parents on bicycles/ motorcycles for 2 or 3.

Richer ones in cars with no seat belts or air bags.

Riding in the back of a private taxi was a special treat.

We drank water from the tap and NOT from a bottle.

We would spend hours on the fields under bright sunlight flying our kites, without worrying about the UV ray which never seem to affect us.

We go to jungle to catch spiders without worries of Aedes mosquitoes.

With mere 5 pebbles (stones) would be a endless game.

With a ball (tennis ball best) we boys would ran like crazy for hours.

We catch guppy in drains / canals and when it rain we swim there.

We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and NO ONE actually worry about being unhygenic.

We ate salty, very sweet & oily food, candies,bread and real butter and drank very sweet soft sweet coffee/ tea, ice kacang, but we weren't overweight because....... WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!!

We would leave home in the morning and play all day, till streetlights came on.

No one was able to reach us all day. AND WE DONT HAVE HANDPHONE S TO BUG US. And we were O.K. AND WE ARE SAFE.

We would spend hours repairing our old bicycles and wooden scooters out of scraps and then ride down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes.

After running into the bushes a few times, we learned to solve the problem .

We did no t have Playstations, X-boxes, Nintendo's, multiple channels on cable TV, DVD movies, no surround sound, no phones, no personal computers, no Internet. WE HAD FRIENDS and we went outside and found them!

We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and we still continued the stunts.

We never had birthdays parties till we are 21

We rode bikes or walked to a friend's house and just yelled for them!

The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke the law was unheard of. They actually sided with the law!

Yet this generation has produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers and inventors ever! The past 40 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas.

We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned HOW TO DEAL WITH IT ALL! And YOU are one of them! CONGRATULATIONS!

You might want to share this with others who have had the luck to grow up as kids, before the government regulated our lives for our own good.

And while you are at it, forward it to your kids so they will know how brave their parents were.

Not yet saw his face clearly yesterday since he was just showing half face when the photo taken.

昨晚没看到，很不过瘾。。。

Something i feel delicious, cooked by my mom for my dear~
妈妈煮了些好料给老婆吃~

Only taking the food by my mom (eventually all the hospital food 'gaotim' by me~ lol..)
医院给的饭菜都不吃了。。 （最后被我统统sapu完！）

Not forget to mention the Doctor that helped through the delivering process. Her name, Dr. Salama (if not mistaken), come from Iraq, servicing Malaysia for the first year while taking up her master course. She is a very responsible person as after the baby is delivered, she explained clearly to me whole process that handled by her, including what delivering method they are using, the difficulties faced, how they solved it, and how hard my dear has tried to deliver the baby naturally. (According to my dear, she is a very patient doctor, do all those small small thingy, and accompanied & guided her to accomplish the 12-hours delivering task. Appreciated!
不忘介绍为老婆接生的医生。Dr. Salama,来自伊拉克，非常有责任感，同事一边工作，一边升读她的硕士课程。接生后从产房出来见到我还特别和我清楚解释整个过程，包括医生采用的生产方式、遇到的问题、解决的办法、老婆的努力，等等。 和她拍照时她特别要求我要强调她这是已经是很疲惫了。 （据老婆说，她真的很有耐心，大大小小的事全都做完，还很用心的陪伴及引导老婆完成长达12小时地生产过程）。算是遇上贵人吧~ ^_^

Successfully Delivered 那个小瓜终于出来啦~

After suffering for almost 24 hours, at last she make it!

经过24小时难挨的时段，他终于出来了~
Milk Milk! 我要奶我要奶！（谢谢护士让我拍。。嘿嘿）

Just kidding~ 其实我只在‘做软身运动’~

Within a minute, he manage to show 2 different kind of expressions, an actor?
短短一分钟就能扮出两种完全不一样表情~ 好一位演员！

Place under heat, said by nurse that he is actually very cold. 护士说婴儿刚出世会很冷，所以必须用此机器提供热能。

3.174 kg， heavy?

Seems like still can deliver for 2nd child~ 看起来还能再接再厉再生第二胎呢~ @@"

The moment after delivery in the labour room. 老婆刚生产后在产房里准备被推出来的那一刻.

Baby delivering process is considered very risky. Some cant even pass the challenge and pass away for various reasons either before, during or after the delivering process.
生产像是向死神挑战。生与死顿时变得那么的接近。不幸在生产前、中、后离开人间的也不是什么新鲜的事。

Tonight seems so charming~ 今天的夜晚特别漂亮~

2cm Opening 二公分的开口

Today early morning, suddenly start feeling pain...
临晨突然间感到阵痛。。。

Sitting on the chair for relaxing 歇歇~

Do you feel the pain? 你感受到痛吗？

Going to Hospital UM at around 2pm after lunch 进马大医院待产咯~

At 15/6/09, 6pm, the opening reported is 2cm.
暂时阴道开口是二公分。

According to the nurse, usually need to wait till 10cm, which need to take about 5 more hours. Doctor not allowing her to take any food till the baby is delivered.
据护士说，平均开口须要到10公分才会出生。 还需要约5小时。医生不允许她吃东西了。

Waiting, praying~
只能等，祈祷~

Cant see the process of delivering, this is something i feel regret for.
不能陪产，让我感到些些的遗憾。

Wish everything will go on smoothly~
希望生产顺利就好~

Baby Not Yet Delivered 他还没出来~

Since too many concerning calls, messages, msns, etc received..I think it is my duty here to inform you that the baby has yet delivered~
由于接到许多关心问候的电话，信息等。。。 我想我该在这里和大家交代一下 - 他那小家伙还‘不舍得’出来~ @@"

Due date should be 7/6/09. Already late for about 1 week time. The next medical check up schedule on 17/6/09 (Wednesday). She will undergo Birth Induction if the baby is yet come out today/tomorrow. Need to force him out le~
其实早在7/6/09就应该生了的，迟了整整一星期。 下一次产检就在这星期三。若他还没在这一两天出来，我们也只好用逼的了~ (可能他睡得太爽了吧~看来和爸爸一样是个好吃懒做的瓜。 哈哈！)

No worry, he is still moving everyday. His status is verified as healthy last week, Wednesday. He was sleeping at that time till waken up by the nurse, that is something really funny about. haha~
放心，他每天都在动。上星期三经过检测后证实他很健康。当时还睡得很甜呢，被护士叫醒，好笑！

About the English name vote between Zack/Jeffrey. As it is too close and we face difficulty to make the decision. To date, we would like to give the final choose to him after he coming to this world. We will write the 'ZACK' & 'JEFFREY' at A4 paper, see which one he goes to, agree?
至于之前投票的英文名字，由于结果非常接近，我们暂时裁决由孩子自己决定。想到的方法是，我们将'ZACK'和'JEFFREY'大大写在A4纸上，然后看他向往那个就选哪个，好吗？

棒接年少海南生活营@哥打丁宜 - 8 - 杂志管理

杂志管理主要策划人是李忠强。 此活动的主题为‘爱护地球，保护环境，人人有责’~

活动宗旨：
1. 增强营员管理时间、人力、资源的能力。
2. 提升营员对环保活动的意识。
3. 增进营委营员之间的互动。

*人物介绍： 李忠强，这一届棒接年少海南生活营的副总策划。就他本人较为内向的本性来说，可说是项突破。这正合此生活营的主题：‘勇于尝试，跨出极限！’ 表现可圈可点，加油~


12pm 开始讨论分工，2pm开始进行节目！果然有够‘勇’！~

发现马来西亚有个‘值得一提’的特别现象：只要有显示牌写着‘Dilarang membuang, Denda RM 500’，大家就会很‘有默契和自然’的把它‘转型’~

环保那里可以少了经济大国-中国的参与？温爷爷也介入环保课题，共同为未来共建一个健康的环境~！


发现工作后的大家在‘演技’上都取得很大的进步。想必背后经历了不少‘身不由己’而被逼‘卖身演艺’的状况吧~ 哈哈~

HONDA 汽车厂为了响应环保计划，竟然把最便宜的汽车提升至每辆RM 1M （一百万），以减少汽车在公路上的使用进而减少废气排量?

看来有关工厂的员工也可以开始物色其他工作了~

据说柔佛区森林不停被砍伐，河水又遭受到严重污染，导致森林里的老虎快速面临绝种。其身上的斑纹也莫名‘退色’。 有关当局非常关组，若捕捉到任何受害的老虎，有关当局会帮它们‘上色’??!!?


那么，可以不可以把它变成101斑点狗的造型？一定会很可爱~ @@"
