Mother's Challenge 做妈妈必须面对的挑战

After sharing about what my mom's had done assisted in previous post, is time to see what challenge faced by Hui Kit's mom!
之前看了我妈妈辛苦的生活后，现在让我们看看辉杰妈妈的挑战了。

If you wish to become a mother one day, it's good for your to prepare mentally and physically.
若你也想要当妈妈，请要做好心理及生理上的准备哦~

挑战 1 -我猜我猜我猜猜猜。。。

每一个孩子个都有不一样的表情，
每一个表情都带有不一样的用意；
成长过程会出现越来越多的表情，
越来越多的表情代表着我的成长。

每一天都在进行着：
你哭你笑，
我猜我想，
我抱我疼，
你需你要，
的游戏。。。。。

痛苦程度 - 3/10

挑战 2 - 婴儿vs健康奶。

在妈妈生病打针吃药时，
不适合喂人奶，
怕因此而‘输入’不良营养。
所以只能眼睁睁及无奈，
看着疼爱的孩子吸取，
对自己不健康的饮料。
（牛奶是给小牛喝的）
或许这也可以让自己变成
不会生病超人的推动力。

痛苦程度 - 3/10

挑战 3 -涨奶的痛苦

你曾听过所谓的‘涨奶’？
该有吧~
但你或许不真正了解其状况。。。

当你摸着肿涨涨的乳房时，
你会惊讶、紧张，
然后明白，
为什么别人说涨奶时很痛苦。

摸着爆满的乳房，
仿佛像是摸着一块石头，
别怀疑，
就是那么的硬。

痛苦程度 - 4/10

挑战 4 - ‘风水’不沾

做月时：
不能吹风，
不管外边的风还是冷气风，
不能冲凉，
不管你感到闷热还是清凉，
不能洗头，
不管你想洗的是发还是头。

痛苦程度 - 5/10

挑战 5 - 饮食法则

月内不能喝水吃冰，
也不能吃属于寒冷的食物、水果。
必须以吃姜、喝酒为主，
吃多喝多后，
感觉像是变成了‘姜神酒鬼’。

痛苦程度 - 5/10

挑战 6 - 时间方恨少

根本没有看时间的时间了，
孩子，都是为了你；
没有了多余的时间,
就没有了空间，
去完成自己的功课；

赔了自由，
又失去许多与家人共享欢乐的时光，
感觉上也渐渐失去了自己。

痛苦程度 - 6/10

挑战 7 - 肉痛心痛

谁能理解，
身体承受着‘皮肉开花’的痛苦，
自己却又无法逃避逃脱；

奶头被孩子吸至脱皮、伤痕累累，
又得咬紧牙根继续喂，
好比如在伤口上撒盐，
疼痛无比。

痛苦程度 - 7/10

挑战 8 - 喂奶马拉松

孩子吸奶，
不分昼夜，
要喝就喝，
要停就停。

一开始喝就得看他的脸色了。
心情好，喝喝一下就满足了；
心情差，可以吸着乳头，
‘爱不释口’的当玩具般吸上四五个小时；
别以为抱抱走走可以哄骗到他，
他可比谁都聪明，
就只选择‘货真价实’的奶头！

痛苦程度 - 8/10

挑战 9 - 心理修炼

还来不及安慰自己的伤心，失落的心情，
孩子就哭着要这要那了！

自己的压力，
只有自己来承受，
孩子的需要，
也得需要妈妈的成全及满足。
心理上的不平衡导致产后忧郁症，
可以比想象更容易发生。

痛苦程度 - 9/10

挑战 10 - 熟睡？慢慢等~

普遍上的小孩‘喜欢’睡觉，
一些却‘喜欢’精神奕奕面对人生。
我的小孩‘幸运’的属于后者，
一天只需要区区四五个小时的‘小休’就心满意足了，
可怜的当然是妈妈咯，
妈妈每天都要处理自己的日常生活事务，
除了累，就是疲倦。

深深感受到，
‘世上只有妈妈好’的荣誉，
来的名副其实！

痛苦程度 - 9.5/10 （太辛苦了！！）

Chuang Hui Kit Full month 庄辉杰满月咯

By right we should celebrate on 16/7/09 since after Hui Kit born at 16/6/09 last month. But according to tradition, we may celebrate it earlier, so we decided to have it on this weekend.
虽然出生时在16/6/09,但是依据传统上可以提早做，所以我们提早在周末做满月咯。

1. Sure, no without red coloured eggs~
1. 当然，少不了红鸡蛋~

2. My mom waked up as early as 6.30am, started the preparation.
2. 妈妈六点半早上就爬起来做工了。。。

3. There were so much things to be organized though just for around 10 people.
3. 要准备的东西好多，虽然只是供给10人吃罢了。

Another interesting thing to be done on this full month is to shave their hair and eyebrow. As there is no body that know how and dare to shave his eyebrow, so we just cut his hair at this time~
其中有趣的是，满月时孩子会被剃光头、剃眉毛。但由于没有人会和敢用剃刀来剃眉毛，所以暂时只是剪头发吧~

4. Before being cut~ Still in sleep mode~ haha!
4. 还没‘遭剃光头’前的猫样。。。好像还不知情。。哈哈！

5. Let's start~ hehe~
5. 开工了~ 嘻嘻~

6. Wow, being move left right up down, still can sleep so nicely...
6. 哇。。。左右剪来剪去去，还是沉醉在梦中。。。

7. See... whole process also snoozing! funny~
7. 你看。。。全程睡觉！好笑~

8. Just happen to have one (protoss, what this call? the round thingy)
8. 看来只有一个‘圈圈’。

9. This baby is given fully 100% fresh original mother milk!
9. ‘专吃’人奶，果然厉害！

16. 今天很开心能为老婆做些小小的事 - 向甲洞新开张的PapaRich咖啡厅负责人要求拿了两朵太阳花，借花献佛的送给了老婆。。。哈哈！

Thanks everyone for your 'reminder' and patient in waiting for the updates, just dun have the 'motivation' to make this post for some reasons..haha~

Although release by hospital that day, but baby still need go to nearby clinic to do blood test verifying the jaundice already recovered to the safe level.
虽然那天被医院正式解放后，依然需要继续到家附近诊所验血，看看黄疸是否下降到健康水平了。
